Keeping magsafe adapter on

Is there something to keep a magsafe adapter attached to the magsafe? I thought about doing a heat shrink (used for electrical wiring) but wanted to see if there were any other ideas/products out there first.

I'd go with the heat shrink

or maybe painters tape, the electrical tape would just get gooey over time.

I think with the tendency for these connections to get a little warm, I'm not comfortable encasing it in painter's tape so will PROBABLy got with the heat shrink stuff. Thanks for all your suggestions, everyone.
