When I got my MBP over a year ago during the initial setup, I cloned my MP.

As time has elapsed, the two machines are now out of sync i.e. programs, photos, documents etc.

Can anyone tell me how I can copy specific programs, iphoto libraries and documents from one machine to the other?

If I use Migration Assistant for programs, does it migrate only the program directory or does it also copy any changes it makes in the Library or System directories?

Specifically, if I upgrade the Design Premium CS4 on my MP to Design Premium CS5, can I use migration assistant to sync it with my MBP which also has Design Premium CS4?

When I first bought my MBP and used Migration Assistant it synced everything just fine.

It'll copy everything. You may have to put the serial again for some apps
