Keeping my number

I have just received my iPhone 6 and I am having trouble getting my old number. I have text swap to 20220 and followed the instructions but when I entered the number on the sim it said ring 202 have spent hours trying to get through but no luck (very busy). If I go in settings/general ICCID is this the number for the sim.
