keeping signatures on in entourage

i know theres a dropdown box in entourage 2008 when creating a new message, but is there a setting that will always display the signature?

Obviously you must have already created a new signature (Tools > Signatures). After that, the next step is to go to the your account's preferences window (Tools -> Accounts (?)) and somewhere in there you'll find the option to set the default signature for your account. (Sorry, I don't have Entourage here, but I was setting up the same thing a couple of weeks ago for someone else.) You can set a different default signature for each account.
