keeping software when selling my macbook pro

so I bought my macbook pro from a graphics company and I want to upgrade to a 17in macbook pro but how to i reset everything on my macbook but leave all the software it has on there

Do you sell the licenses with that MacBook Pro? If so, the applications surely have its own installation media the buyer can use.

Unless the graphics company transferred the licenses for those applications to you when they sold you the machine then each and every one is an illegal copy and no more licensed than a copy downloaded from bit-torrent. If they provided the licences they would have provided the install media.
