Hi. I made a movie in after effects... it's a 75mb 27 second intro in quicktime format.

The end goal is to upload it on viewing sites such as YouTube... the problem is that I can't seem to compress it without it completely losing its quality... like serious pixelation.

What is the best way to go about converting my 75mb file into a more universal and size-friendly alternative while keeping nice quality?

I've tried converting to .mp4 with and without custom options... avi... even Divx was a disappointment.
