Keeping voice memos opened doesn't work like ios6

Whew using iOS6 I was able to leave open voice memos open at all times when the phone was locked a call would come in the hang up the voices would stay open. Not in iOS7 voice memos closes when a call comes in.

It would be nice if Apple can add it back on the next update.
