Got a replacement iPhone 3G last week. I restored it with all my settings. Now, this phone keeps asking for a Voicemail Password every time I turn it on (even to use email or browser). I have never set a password on the old phone. How do I get this to stop coming up?

You may need to re-set up your voicemail box. Open Phone App > Dial and call your own 10-digit number. Follow the instructions to set up your voicemail box and set a password (or, reset your password if it is already set up). Now, go back to Visual Voicemail and enter the new password. Your voicemail will download and you should not receive this prompt again (unless of course you change your password).

Or (a possible simpler solution): the default password is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
