Ken Burn's Effect in iMovie- Random pan

Hey, my mom is working on a photo presentation in iMovie and she wants to use the Ken Burn's Effect. The only problem is that when you do the Ken Burn's Effect in iMovie it just zooms right to the center. She said that there was a way to change it individually but its going to take awhile to do it (The show is about 50 minutes of 3 second photos). Is there a way to randomly pan in and out and around the picture with a click of a button like iPhoto does?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)
