After installing Lion, I get random Kernal attacks. Can anyone help decipher this for me? I check Apple's forum and this seems to be a problem.

Uninstall Parallels and your Logitech drivers and see if that cures the kernel panics.

Don't do both, because if it solves your problem, you won't know which one was the culprit. Logitech Control Centre is notorious for causing kernel panics. I'd try that first.

Read the comments on LCC here: http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/8154/logitech-control-center

Many, many, many people having kernel panics with those drivers. Parallels is a pretty solid product, I'd wager it's LCC.

I have Lion, Parallels 6 and LCC installed on a MBP and iMAc and they work fine.

You might want to make sure that your version of Parallels is up to date. Also there has been an LCC update since Lion's release.
