I recently attempted to upgrade to OSX Lion a couple times, each and every time, right after full installation, and it seems to be the first time OSX Lion is booting up, as soon as the APPLE LOGO appears, a kernal panic appears.

I reinstalled about 3x and it's the same everytime.

My workflow:
Boot Drive as 2.5 OWC SSD 480GB in Optical Bay (Lower Bay)
Drive 1-4 filled (JBOD at the moment) - all 2TB Hitachi 3GB/S

I tried changing RAM from
4x4GB to 3x16GB, then back to 4x4GB

Everytime it finishes installing OSX Lion, it kernal panics @ startup... any ideas?

Thanks,
Willis Chung

just read another thread about pirated lion, just wanted to add that all applications including Snow Leopard is legitimate as well as OSX Lion being purchased on the App Store.
