Today... I had a kernal panic. Off the top of my head I was running...

IE6 (Using IE4OSX) <--- I think that was the problem

There is no way that is too much for my 2.4GHz MBP.

Kernel panics aren't caused by 'overload' on your system.

The most likely culprit is badly written code, memory leaks and the suchlike.

By 'ie4mac' do you mean Microsoft's Internet Explorer for Mac, end of life'd in the stone age?
 
Yeah, I'm in the process of debugging a website for IE 6. On my Windows partition I have IE7 so... Kind of have to use IE 4 OSX at the moment.
