Has anyone else had this problem?
It took awhile for me to update to 10.4.2 on my iBook 1GHz. Finally tonight I got around to doing it, after noticing that I had updates for iPhoto, iSync, and DVD playback. I closed all apps before clicking update, and everything seemed to go fine. Afterwords, I clicked Restart, and as the computer was shutting down, I recieved a Kernel Panic message (the one in several different languages telling you to hold down the power button, and restart the computer). Followed the instructions, restarted the computer, and everything worked fine. Did, however, get an error message after startup, saying something about OS X quitting unexpectedly.
Everything is working fine now, just curious if anyone knows what actually happened, or if they have had the same problem.
Thanks
