Any idea what's going on with my MBP? Should I be worried about it?

The fault is in nvidia driver.

So you should be worried, maybe ur gpu days are numbered.

Call apple and/or bring it in to an apple store. If its under warranty they'll fix it for free. If not you'll get an estimate on the cost.

Should I do it now or should I wait till my MBP will died? Unfortunately, my MBP is from August 2010 - no warranty :(. Thank you.

Book a genius appointment and take it to them and they should then give you an estimate for the cost to fix it and you can use that to work out if your better off buying a new model.

Worst case scenario you could trade it in as a broken laptop to salvage some money back from it.

Thanks. I will contact Apple directly because we don't have a genius in Berlin now. Any other suggestions?
 
A bad driver doesn't necessarily indicate a hardware problem. I had a 2009 MacBook that had a similar kernel panic problem, and a clean install solved my issues. It's actually still working today on 10.7.

Did you buy it with a credit card? If so, they may have extended your warranty for an extra year.

I have NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M gMux-Version: 1.9.21 and Intel HD Graphics gMux-Version: 1.9.21

I'll use the gfxCardStatus to activate the IGP. Should I connect with an extern monitor and run some videos to test it? Thank you.

I did call Apple here in Germany and they are looking into. Is US service different/better than in Germany? It takes some time in Germany to decide ):.
