Kernel Panic and now RAM eating

Please help, I've a big problem:
I was using an iMac Late 2009 21" flawlessly - until last wednesday: I got a kernel panic, reasons were

• com.apple.NVDAResman(8.0) and

• com.apple.GeForce(8.0)

I thought "OK, this can happen". But now, every time I start the Mac, Finder, launchproxyls, UserEventAgent and several other processes crash - on startup!

And as if that were not enough, mds and kernel_task are working and working and working... They eat up a quarter of my 4GB memory (in detail:

• kernel_task - 77 threads - 480MB

• mds - 6 threads - 100MB

So: What shall I do? I've repaired my harddrive using harddrive utility app, but, as you may guess, it didn't work in any way. Do you have any ideas? I hope, my harddrive won't broke...

From what I've read, based on the "com.apple.GeForce(8.0)" I would say theres a problem with your graphics card and/or logic board,
