hi all, I have a 15 inch macbook pro that I just bought earlier this year. It is having repeated kernel panic attacks where it shuts down in the middle of everything I am doing and makes me restart. What should I do to resolve this problem? Did I get a defective computer from apple? I have not made any mods or put in any external ram etc, it is all factory.

Here is the message....

Thanks all.

I had some serious panic issues a while back. I made a backup of everything mainly for reference and did a clean OS install and toss on what I needed, since then no issues. Could be some sort of virus/malware that is causing the panics, although it could be something else too.

Anyone else have any ideas?
