Kernel Panic boot loop after Time Machine restore

Hello everybody,
i'm having huge issue after restoring from a time machine Backup. Maybe i did something wrong. Here is how i did it.

- i rebooted my Macbook Pro (CMD+R)
- Selected Disk utility and erased my HDD and re partitioned it.
- Re installed Mavericks from a USB Drive

Untill here everything works great. Everything was at original state.

Here is where it went wrong:

-Rebooted (CMD+R)
-Selected restore from time machine Backup (This took a while)

After it was done, the machine rebooted and went in a infinit loop of kernel panic.

Could someon help me with this issue ?
