My wife is frustrated with this message and I am in need of help on what to do and how to fix it. She receives a message every time it restarts. Has anyone gone through this??? and if so what would you suggest in order to fix this completely. She is running OSX. Thanks

Which exact version she is running? El Capitan? 10.11.4?
10.11.4 has a higher chance to see kernel panic. I don't know why, but my MacBook Air (early 2014) has a few kernel panics too, although not that often like hers. Reinstalling Mac OS X does not solve the problem.
