Kernel Panic (+Freezes) on new MacBook Pro?

I gotten my MacBook Pro last December (2008) and on my second day of usage, got a Kernel Panic.

Nothing after that, but when I installed Windows 7 via Boot Camp, got 3 freezes.

What do you think?

Please help, thanks.
