GPU related Kernel Panic as far as I can tell, when you did a clean install did you import any of the old settings, data?
You should test it on a squeaky clean OS install, if you still get them there are or bugs in the OS or there IS a problem with the GPU.
You can do testing yourself by holding the D key at startup to get into the Apple Hardware Test.

Edit: Didn't look yet if yours has two build in GPU's, if so you should be testing on one GPU only and then the other.

Edit again: Yes, your has NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M and Intel HD Graphics so you could switch to one or the other and test on which one you get the kernel panics.

And another Edit: It says nVidia so most Likely the GT 330 is giving you trouble, might be driver related though, as I read somewhere.

Thank you for getting back to me. So when i did a clean install all i ported was my Applications folder because i figured that could not have been the issue. After that i copied my Application Support folder on the new install also my Documents folder.

How do i switch between the two?

Be careful with that, this might, just might be a problem, although unlikely.

So it could still be my GPU even tho Apple told me that my hardware is fine and that its a software problem?

Also here is some more info here. https://discussions.apple.com/message/21397177#21397177

Your system is not clean as in the link you gave me, then I looked myself and it clearly shows you have other extensions installed, or, is this an old kernel log.

Edit: It's March 2 here, yours is from March 1 but that could be time zone difference.

This Kernel panic happened about 15 min ago. This install is about a week old now.

Does it happen many times, if so startup in safe mode and see if it happens there, if not it is probably those Kexts which are the problem.
I know there is a terminal command to see which non Apple Kexts you have, something with grep included, can't remember what the command is anymore though.

Oh wait, just found one on Apple's site.
Open terminal and paste this and hit enter, what do you get?

kextfind -case-insensitive -not -bundle-id -substring 'com.apple.' -print

In your first post I see the following:

last loaded kext at 772042816606: com.parallels.filesystems.prlufs 2010.12.28 (addr 0xffffff7f96e70000, size 94208)

loaded kexts:

Then here I see the ones in Bold, it might be this which is causing it, although it can be something else as well.

And then there is the promise one, isn't that an external Disk driver as well?

I am pretty sure that if you boot safe it won't happen.

So 3 days ago Apple replaced my logic board for free. Since then i have not had any Kernel panics. Thank you for all your help.
