Kernel panic unexpected reboots in sleep (imac14,2, 10.15.6)

Hello, lasts 2 weeks or so my imac has started has began to experience a unexpected reboots with this specific message:

For your information, I've external monitor attached and Time Capsules networked.

I’m having the same KP issue every other day or so since 10.15.6 on my Mac mini. No monitor, 2 USB hard drives connected, no 3rd party apps, & isn’t actively used (it’s my file/time machine server)

Only thing I’ve tried is reinstalling the 10.15.6 combo update.
