Kernel Panic when Screen Saver Activates... ugh, what to do?

Ok so when I have the "Better Graphics" enabled on my brand new 2.4 ghz MBP and have an external monitor attached, I'm getting Kernel Panics after about 10 minutes. Not sure how to handle this... I reboot and it knows it locked up and I keep sending to apple... but it's annoying as hell coming home and having my computer locked up every day. Not too impressed with the QC on this thing... anyone having similar issues\know what could be causing this?
