Iv'e been getting kernel Panics a few times a week for a few weeks now and every time the log states NVIDIA or Intel graphics. I have an i5 Macbook Pro that I got a few months ago and I upgraded the RAM to 8GB from Crucial.
Also, when I put it to sleep it would take like a minute for it to go to sleep. I just created another user account with admin permissions and now it goes to sleep in about 10 seconds.

Is this hardware or software? Already tried a new HDD and still got Kernel Panics.

Noone really knows how to fix a mac on this site. Ill save you the time and list the reply that this will eventually get to:

"Take it to the Genius Bar" or "Back up data and reformat"
