I have been getting kernel panics lately. Here is the error report. I use programs such as Capture One and Photoshop both GPU heavy. Any ideas?

Are you using a USB audio device?

Are you using a USB audio device?
Nope. What I have plugged in are two external drives (USB C), one monitor (Usb C) and then a docking station that has another monitor plugged into it plus 10g ethernet and a Wacom tablet. I am also using Mac keyboard and mouse

So this is a data point of one, but my wife’s MBP 16 Intel started randomly having kernel panics with the same two offending kexts. tl;dr -- had to switch out the logic board (so basically the bottom half of the computer).

We first reinstalled MacOS. She didn’t add anything back, and the panics still happened (maybe once or twice a day max). The diagnostic mode showed no problems. Went to the Apple Store, and their more advanced diagnostic mode showed no problems.

The Apple guy put a note in the file saying if we came back again for the same issue, to just switch out the logic board. We were back two days later.

Before and after we reinstalled MacOS we were looking for patterns involving what she was doing when it happened (suggesting a software issue in other words), and could even sorta/kinda/maybe see some.

I'm trying to understand why fingers are being pointed at those two kernel extensions in this case. From my reading, the computer was up for 8.5 hours before the crash. The last loaded extension loaded an hour before the crash. And then the extension that unloaded happened a few minutes later. Why are we assuming those extensions were problematic since the computer was fine for about an hour after that. I had thought the report of those extensions was just to let you know on the chance that the last kernel extension activity was relevant. Am I missing something?

It just looked like WindowServer stopped responding for two minutes and watchdogd triggered the panic as a result. Any chance it would be a GPU hardware issue?
