kernel_task taking over 150% cpu on my rMBP 15"

Hi, the fan of my rMBP 15" is running crazy. From the activity monitor, I see a process called kernel_task sometimes take over 150% cpu power. When it is goes down to around 2%, Outlook takes about 74% while Microsoft Database Daemon takes most of the remaining. Know what is going on?
