if they haven't worked out a licensing deal then Apple should sue them to protect their trademark, or else later someone could use it against them to make them lose the trademark to iPhoto.
 
I happened to stumble upon this company's website when I was searching Google for a way to remove dead links to photos in iPhoto... btw, does anyone know of a way to do that?

Shouldn't Apple be taking some legal action or something against this company for using the name Iphoto? Has anyone ever heard of this company before?
They just may have the right to use the name, because of the history.

Apple "borrowed" the iPhoto name from Ulead (who had a product called iPhoto as far back as 1992), and Apple only settled with with them in 2004. This Keronsoft thingy has been around since 2001, before Apple cleaned up their own act.
