@ key not working. On GeForce Now and YAAGL

Hello friends,



My problem is that although it does the letter Option+Q=@, in applications such as YAAGL and GeForceNow, the Option+Q key does not make the letter @ when it comes to this screen. I tried opening the virtual keyboard and it still didn't work. That's why I can't play any game that requires an account in such VM/emulator or cloud streaming applications. Thanks already for your help. 😇
