Keyboard and Trackpad no longer work, MBP late 06

Battery ran out faster then MBP should go to sleep mode (old battery) and instantly shut off.

Started again and no KB or TP.

Looked under profile, USB shows all external devices fine, but no built in KB or TP (assuming it is USB devices).

Tried to restart, shutdown/start, no go.

Not do PRAM reset (embarrassed, forgot how. Shows how reliable Macs are!), but IF that does not work, what else??

FIXED!

It was a Cmd-Opt-P-R (PRAM) restart that fixed it (did search on net to remind myself).

And yes, it is USB device:
