Keyboard as real instrument

Hi all,

How can I connect a keyboard (Yamaha PSR K1, my case) as a real instrument or is it possible at all? I just wanna record some built-in sound (e.g. rain, thundering etc.) of my keyboard; with software instrument which is not possible. I don’t really much care about connecting the keyboard as real instrument; I need some way out to record original sounds produced by the keyboard. Anybody out here with some idea to help?

Just plug the headphone jack from the keyboard directly to the audio in port on your computer.
