I need to clean my corded keyboard. Wrecked my original wireless one, after cleaning it (which was a shame because it looked amazing!). I used an anti static spray onto a cloth. I'll not do that, but any recommendations regarding products & technique that are not as harmful but are as effective.

Apple says you may use 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes or Clorox wipes on Apple products. Including keyboards.

Personally, I use 70% alcohol and dampen a clean cloth (not dripping, wring it out). Then use it to wipe my Macbooks, iMac, Logitech products, other computers, phones, &c. Really any electronic and don't experience problems. Just avoid soft rubbery surfaces. Screens need to be wiped with a clean dry cloth afterward to avoid streaks.

Clorox wipes may work but they leave visible streaks on screens. Until they get wiped with a clean damp cloth and then dried. They are also hard to come by now. So, I stick to alcohol. I save the clorox wipes for other uses.

One trick I do on keyboards is to dampen a q-tip with a cleaning wipe (or 70% isopropyl alcohol) to get between the keys.

I have pure alcohol. By 70% do you mean 70% alcohol and 30% water?
yes, it's a premade product you can buy. I would never use 100% alcohol on my devices. Per Apple's link above, only 70% isopropyl or Chlorox wipes are recommended in addition to the other steps in the article.
