iPhone Keyboard clicks and phone call sounds gone

After upgrading to iOS 13, keyboard click sounds and phone number clicks are completely gone. Already went to settings > sounds & haptics > and noticed that keyboard clicks are enabled! Also tried restarting phone, with little success.
Known issue? Some way to fix it?
