I've had my phone for about 3 weeks and have all sounds turned off. Starting yesterday, the keyboard and other buttons started making the clicking noise. I went into settings and turned everything off again. Now this morning, they are back on....Any suggestions???

Obviously something isn't working properly. Back up your phone and perform a complete restore. This is a pain in the --- and time consuming, but it should fix the problem.
