OK lots of new user threads but nothing from people who have use covers long term.

I got a KB brand cover, in a few months my fingers imprints seems permanently etched on the cover. I submerged the cover in detergent water, let it soak, then gently brushed it but the imprints did not go away.

So which cover can be EASILY cleaned? Otherwise am looking at these covers as disposables.

I have been using a Moshi cover for well over two years and it has held up extremely well, transferred it from 2010 MBP to 2012 rMBP and it's still fine.

It is yellowing just a little bit, and some most used keys are showing just a bit of wear. I look at that as wear and tear that my keyboard didn't suffer though.

I usually end up rinsing it about once a week or so, I work in a dusty environment.

To me, I do consider it somewhat disposable, but I've definitely gotten much more than my money's worth from this one, and the wear and dust, and even one small spill have preserved my MacBooks.
