Keyboard/Dictionary issue

Wondering if anyone can help me, my wife has a IPhone SE with iOS 11 installed,

She has recently noticed an issue with her text suggestions, for some reason when she wants to write the word ‘we’ the phone auto corrects it to ‘W.E’, we have no idea why and I can’t seem to stop it, I have tried resetting the keyboard dictionary but it still happens, I have tried clicking the x on the text suggestion numerous times to see if the phone can learn that we don’t want that word but to no avail, at a bit of a loss as to what else we can do, hopefully someone on here can help

Maybe try to turn on Predictive in Settings and tap on "we" until it changes to the default.

Or you could try Reset All Settings.
