my keyboard does not type. when i use certain shortcuts at screens like system preferences (command q) or alt tab in google chrome, it works but everything else is frozen. my power button works. caps lock lights up. track pad does move but not able to click. everytime i click the mouse, it keeps bringing up a menu. i am unable to click on a tab or button. i just keep getting a menu. there is no enable mouse keys button checked in the accessibility. i have no idea what i am doing wrong. does anyone know what the problem is? i already enabled and disabled the mouse keys in accessibility to try and check but nothing happens. pressing option 5 or more times did nothing. i also disconnected the blue tooth mouse and the keyboard did not work. the trackpad did.

Your CTRL or CMD key is probably stuck.

You probably mean OS X 10.8.4? Macs do not run iOS.
