Keyboard does not work under Mac OS when Fusion is running

Hi, I was able to use the Apple wireless keyboard under both Mac OS and Fusion. Due to problems with Windows, I reinstalled it. Now, whenever I run Windows under Fusion, Mac OS does not accept inputs from the keyboard. I have to quit Fusion for Mac OS to regain control of the keyboard. I recall that there is a setting to allow both Mac OS and Windows under Fusion to accept inputs from the keyboard. I can't find it now. Anybody knows? Thanks.
