Keyboard for Mac / PC on MB Pro

I have an MB Pro with a Windows XP Pro partition for business. I need a keyboard that will run on both Mac OS X and XP (i.e has the buttons for both OS's). I use Excel 2007 with Windows extensively and need a PC keyboard that will run the Windows shortcuts (Ctrl, Shift, etc.), but also has Mac buttons when I use OS X. Any recommendations?

You can use any USB for both. I do all the time. Just remember that the command key is the apple key, and alt is option. Plus, a two button mouse will work too.
