Keyboard freezing

Hello,
I had an iPhone 5s, recently bought an iPhone 6 and restored my settings using iCloud.

When I am typing anyhting keyboard freeze for a period of 5-10 seconds; not only in safari also in sms, whatsapp message or a note.

I have reset custom dictionary, turned off prediction, autocomplete, etc. did not work.
Resetting to factory defaults or restoring ios 8.1 did not solve the problem either.
When I turn off iCloud, keyboard becomes normal. However I do not want to use my phone without iCloud.
Any suggestions?

As it is more than 3 days I'm having no keyboard freezing issues, I can post how I fixed;

I noticed many people have complained on forums that they are unable to delete keyboard shortcuts.
Somehow it caused keyboard freezing on my phone. As I cannot delete those shortcuts (which stored on iCloud), I decided to use a new iCloud account.
I signed out my existing iCloud account and signed in using a new Apple ID: No more freezing!
