Keyboard help on windows

Just instead windows on my mac pro, on a separate hard drive, everything is actually okay when it boots up, but i can't seem to use both my apple keyboard and my apple mouse. It just doesn't respond to it at all.

Is there anything that i need to do for it to find it? any help would be great... thanks
