iPhone Keyboard Hiss with keyboard

While having the keyboard visible, I hear a hiss sound coming from the speaker phone.
Hide the keyboard and goes away. Happens in any app where keyboard is visible.
Can anyone reproduce this?
I've rebooted the phone, closed all apps.
Running iOS 6.1
Also tested on iOS 6.1.3
