Keyboard in lower case

Before i updated my iPhone 6 the keyboard characters were in upper case on the screen but after the update to IOS9 the characters are in lower case which is slightly harder for my ageing eyes,looked in the settings and they are the same as my iPhone 5 on IOS8.

Settings -> general -> accessibility -> keyboard -> show lower case keys

Thank you for how to get out of this lc keyboard!! As a new "desirable" feature I wasn't sure I could avoid it.

The visual switch to lowercase after typing each first cap letter was jarring.

Interesting. For iOS 9, Apple rips off the Showcase jailbreak tweak that has provided uppercase/lowercase since before iOS 6 and some people want to disable it.

I'm not against that, I just find it intriguing.
