MacBook Pro with macOS Catalina version 10.15.7
Citrix Workspace version: 20.12.0.3
Remote pc at work: Windows 10 with the latest updates installed.

Hi folks,

I have been connecting to a remote virtual PC at work from a MacBook Pro at home via Citrix Receiver since the pandemic started. My MacBook Pro is hooked to a ergonomic keyboard. It has a windows key and functions as the Cmd button normally for me. However I have two issues when I am connected to the windows PC at work. Even though I have been tinkering with the settings of the Citrix Receiver for over a year now I have not been able to solve these two issues:

1- The Windows key in my keyboard does not trigger the start button in the remote PC as it does in all other PCs. I am heavily depended on using commands like Win+E. So this slows me down a lot.

2- The menu button (not the alt button on Macs) that resides right beside the right hand-side CTRL button. I use it very heavily in MS Excel. It does not trigger anything in this setup either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Best
Emre
