I have no idea why this is happening.
I need both Chinese and English on my iMac.
It has worked without problem for four years with both.
If I turn on my iMac, the default language is always in English but yesterday it began switching to Chinese every time I open a new window. Sounds like not a big problem but when you are working on your computer and have to manually switch it back to English every time you open a window, it gets REALLY annoying- really fast.

Any idea what I can do? No one has changed anything in my settings.
