keyboard language question

Hello,

I've bought the Retina Macbook pro from my countries apple online store, which i used for 1st time since it was recently opened.

I have a question, when i bought it it said that keyboard language is (Arabic) did they mean english+arabic keyboard because that's what i used to get from official apple reseller before or did they mean arabic only? Do they ship laptops without english letters?

I believe Apple laptops only come in English. Seeing your in UAE, they might be giving a free arabic cover that goes on top.
