Keyboard & Language Settings Changed Automatically After Updating to iOS 9.1

I live in Asia. I purchased an iPhone 6 Plus(iOS 8) from the Apple Online Store last year.

I set my iPhone 6 Plus to show in English(Keyboard, Language).

I updated my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 9.1 a few days ago. Surprisingly to find out that the "Keyboard and Language Settings" have added two selections(English, Tradition Chinese, Simplified Chinese).

I only need English Keyboard and Language.

So are the additions to Keyboard and Language Settings caused by "updating to iOS 9.1, and I'm currently in Asia"? Or maybe someone in my family changed my iPhone 6 Plus settings?
