Keyboard Maestro "at Time" and "at login" not working

I have Keyboard Maestro 6.0.1, but on my MBP, the "at time" and "at login" don't work reliably. No idea why. On the iMac these same Keyboard Maestro events work fine.

How do you troubleshoot things like this?

I have BusyCal which give me correct and constant reminder Notifications on both machines, but only the MBP seems to have issues with Keyboard Maestro's "at time" and "at login" events.

Appreciate in advance any suggestions.
