Keyboard/Mouse for computers

What do you guys use for keyboard/mice for computers that are in a different room than your home theater?

I don't have a blutooth module on my Mac, and a USB receiver doesn't see the keyboard/mouse through a wall.

I use Rowmote Pro on my iPod Touch, which works over the wireless network so doesn't care about line-of-sight or distance.

(I'm also its developer... but please check out the reviews and demos section of the Rowmote website for some uninvolved folks' comments).
