All this talk of monitors (which my computer actually just autocorrected to "mojitos")… Interesting, and I'm still not sure what I'll end up buying, but…

What about keyboard and mouse options? Since the MacPro is like the GiantMacMini, and it doesn't come with either, the world is our oyster! I use a Das Keyboard Pro at work, super clicky. And loud. And clicky!

i'm backing the logitech mx series..

the mx performance has 4 thumb buttons which are great for CAD apps.. the hyperscroll wheel is sweet too.. sort of matches the nmp as well if that matters to you.

the price is dropping.. this thing was $100 not too long ago.

I'm still on a Mini for now, but for use in Maya I had to go to a "dumb" mouse (Logitech M310).

I tried a similar mouse to the one posted and I spent several days trying to get the scroll wheel to zoom correctly in Maya; never did.
