Keyboard on Macbook not work

Hi all,

Here my Mac configuration:
"MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite 10.10.

Sometimes when I use my Browser like Chrome, I can't use any button on keyboard, so I must to restart browser.

What's error? And how to fix?
