Keyboard ON your iPad?

I've been following alot of weirder products lately. I have actually THOUGHT of an idea similar to this. I think with the right design and manufacturing it could actually work.

I dont know if this is that right design or not.

What do you guys think?

What happens when you are in the URL input field, and the space bar gets split into several smaller keys? Also, tricks like flick up on the comma and period keys to get single and double quotes, or pressing down on keys to get special characters won't work. Oh, and forget about switching to foreign language keyboards....
